Strawberries and Cream Mille-Feuille: Simple Yet Unique

Ingredients:
1 roll puff pastry
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
600ml whipping cream
90g powdered sugar
Powdered sugar and strawberries to decorate
Directions:
Roll out the puff pastry and cover with the sugar, pierce and brush the beaten egg. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar, cut the pastry into rectangles and fill. Garnish with powdered sugar and strawberries and serve.
