Strawberry jelly glasses: how to make a fresh and unique dessert!

They are so easy to make and the end result is so surprising!

INGREDIENTS

300 gr strawberries

3 tsp sugar

400 ml sour cream or Greek yogurt

3 tbsp gelatin

50 ml of water

3 tbsp gelatin

3 tbsp fruit sugar (any sweetener is possible)

Vanilla extract

METHOD

Pour in water and add strawberries, cook over low heat, then blend the strawberries, strain them and add the gelatin.
Pour into a glass on one side with the egg carton and place it in the freezer, then pour in the strawberry mixture on the other side of the glass. Prepare yogurt with gelatin and add it to the center of the glass. Cool everything, decorate with strawberries and enjoy.
