Broccoli rabe and sausage braid: a treat for your palate

Ingredients:
500g broccoli rabe
2 sausages, crumbled
Olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 roll puff pastry
stringy cheese slices
Salt and black pepper
 
Directions:
Clean and boil the broccoli, then sauté the garlic in a pan with olive oil. Brown the crumbled sausages and then add broccoli rabe, salt and black pepper. Cook and soften.
Stuff the puff pastry roll, cut along the sides and intertwine.
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25 minutes.
