The recipe to prepare a delicious tangzhong milk bread

Ingredients:
40g bread flour
200g water
580g bread flour
60g sugar
12g salt
10g dry yeast
10g dry milk
260g milk
50g egg Tangzhong
50g room temperature of unsalted butter
Directions:
In a pan mix the flour and water over a low flame until thick and set aside.
Then mix together flour, sugar, yeast, dry milk and salt. Add the milk and eggs and the thick cream previously set aside.
Mix well on low speed and add the butter (room temperature)
Let rise for 40/60 minutes
Divide into 6 parts and let rise for 15 minutes
Fold the dough as shown and let rise in a baking pan for 30 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk and milk and bake at 355 F/ 180 C for 25 minutes.
