Chocolate whipped cream
90g Dark chocolate couverture (57.5%)
40g milk
60g heavy cream A (milk fat content 35%)
280g heavy cream B (milk fat content 35%)
3 slices of chocolate sponge cake sheet
50 g water
25 g sugar
bananas
 
Chocolate sponge cake recipe:  https://video.cookist.com/video/an/XGareeSwUKKfFHPI
 
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate whipped cream. Sprinkle water and sugar on chocolate sponge cake sheet. Spread cream on cake then place bananas slices. Use 3 slices of chocolate sponge. Decorate it.
