Creme brulée cheesecake: two fantastic recipes in one dessert

Ingredients:
300g cookies
100g melted butter
250g mascarpone
350g cream cheese
4 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
100g sour cream
250g creme brulee
Creme brulee:
2 egg yolks
15g sugar
12g corn starch
200ml milk
30g butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Creme brulée: In a saucepan, mix the egg yolks with sugar and starch, then pour the hot milk and stir. Return to the heat and add butter and vanilla extract, stir until creamy.
Crust: Blend the biscuits and mix with the butter, then crush them on the bottom of a cake pan and refrigerate.
Cheesecake: In a food processor, put the creme brulée, cheese, mascarpone, eggs, sugar and cream. Pour the mixture onto the base and bake at 160°C (320°F) for an hour.
Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize the cheesecake.
