He turns fruits and vegetables into works of art: here are Gaku’s extraordinary “food sculptures”

All of us have plenty of fruits and vegetables in our kitchens, but no one is able to transform them into these incredible, edible sculptures quite like Gaku.
The artist, who has won over Instagram with his surprising creations, is a true master in an ancient technique called “mukimono”; a centuries-old traditional Japanese art form, which consists in carving food and transforming it into an incredible work of art.
