Chickpea and Kale Curry: try to prepare this very delicious meal

Ingredients:
Olive oil
Red bell pepper
Onion
Kale
Garlic
Curry powder
Ginger
Salt and pepper
Peanut butter
Coconut milk
Chickpeas
Lime juice
Quinoa
Directions:
In a pan combine and cook oil, pepper, onion, kale, garlic, curry, ginger, salt and pepper. When the kale is soft add peanut butter, coconut milk, chickpeas and cook for about 10 minutes. Add lime juice and place on the quinoa.
