No bake Christmas log: the simple recipe to enjoy your dessert

Ingredients:
5 slices of white bread for sandwiches
Hazelnut cream to taste
200 grams of dark chocolate
250 of vegetable whipping cream
chopped hazelnuts to taste
Directions:
Roll out the slices of sandwich and stuff them with the spreadable cream.
Then roll them up and wrap them in plastic wrap. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.
Then melt the chocolate with the hot cream.
Cut the roll, cover it with the ganache and add the grains.
