Giant fritter: how to use an ice cone to make them!

This method is brilliant!
INGREDIENTS

Funnel cake batter
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whipped cream
Lime zest
50g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
100g of blueberries
100g of raspberries
70g of strawberry jam
METHOD

- Make a small cut on the ice cream cup from below. Fill the cup with the prepared mixture and pour it into the hot oil. Fry it until golden brown from both sides.
- In another bowl add whipped cream, icing sugar and lime zest and mix it well. Put the first layer of the cake top it with whipped cream, fruits and jam, repeat it 2 times. Top it with icing sugar.
