How to use an ice tray to make amazing meatballs!

INGREDIENTS
600g minced meat 
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
20g (1/4 cup) breadcrumbs
50g mozzarella cubes
100g (1/2 cup) breadcrumbs
100g (1/2 cup) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
250 ml (1 cup) beer 
 
METHOD
 
      In a bowl mix together meat with salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. 
  1. Make meatballs and transfer them to the ice mold, fill with mozzarella cubes and top with more meat. 
  2. Freeze for 1 hour. 
  3. Dip into the flour mixture and breadcrumbs. 
  4. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
