How to use an ice tray to make amazing meatballs!

INGREDIENTS
600g minced meat
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
20g (1/4 cup) breadcrumbs
50g mozzarella cubes
100g (1/2 cup) breadcrumbs
100g (1/2 cup) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
250 ml (1 cup) beer
METHOD
In a bowl mix together meat with salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Make meatballs and transfer them to the ice mold, fill with mozzarella cubes and top with more meat.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Dip into the flour mixture and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
