Chocolate biscuits: the easy way to make them perfect

Jim is a very good Greek pastry chef who makes some fantastic chocolate chip cookies today.
Ingredients:
210 gr flour
150 gr butter
80 gr sugar
20 gr cocoa powder
Directions:
In the mixer, pour the flour, butter, sugar and cocoa.
Form a homogeneous dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Form the biscuits and bake them at 356°F (180°) for 12-15 minutes.
