Puff pastry pumpkins: a fun appetizer

These puff pastry treats are easy to do, and everyone we've made them for has loved them. 

INGREDIENTS
200g (3/4 cup) Water
1 tsp of salt
1 Egg
500g (3 cups) Flour
2 tbsp of oil
350g Meat
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/3 tsp of paprika
Coriander 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp of salt
Olive oil 1 tbsp
300g Pumpkin chopped
1 Onion chopped
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/3 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of coriander
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of olive oil
5 tbsp of melted butter
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix water, salt, egg and flour. Let the dought rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a nother bowl mix meat with onion, oil and species.
  3. In second bowl mix chopped pumplin with onion, oil and species. Roll out the dought and spread it with butter. Cut it into 4 pieces and wrap it one by one. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes then cut into 12 pieces, roll it out and fill with meat and pumpkin fillings, make a little pumpkins.
  4. Drag it with the thread few times and transfer to a baking pan, spread with egg yolk (You can take away the thread right now or after baking).
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
