Puff pastry pumpkins: a fun appetizer

These puff pastry treats are easy to do, and everyone we've made them for has loved them.
INGREDIENTS

200g (3/4 cup) Water
1 tsp of salt
1 Egg
500g (3 cups) Flour
2 tbsp of oil
350g Meat
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/3 tsp of paprika
Coriander 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp of salt
Olive oil 1 tbsp
300g Pumpkin chopped
1 Onion chopped
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/3 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of coriander
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of olive oil
5 tbsp of melted butter
METHOD
- In a bowl mix water, salt, egg and flour. Let the dought rest for 15 minutes.
- In a nother bowl mix meat with onion, oil and species.
- In second bowl mix chopped pumplin with onion, oil and species. Roll out the dought and spread it with butter. Cut it into 4 pieces and wrap it one by one. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes then cut into 12 pieces, roll it out and fill with meat and pumpkin fillings, make a little pumpkins.
- Drag it with the thread few times and transfer to a baking pan, spread with egg yolk (You can take away the thread right now or after baking).
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
