Apple pancakes: an alternative way to make them delicious

Ingredients:
2 apples
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp oil
1 tsp baking soda
200 gr flour
1 tablespoon vinegar
Honey
Directions:
Cut the apples into cubes and blend them.
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, then add the oil and baking soda. Add the flour, vinegar and a little honey. Add the blended apples and mix well. Heat a non-stick pan and cook your pancakes.
