Veal stuffed roll: simple recipe rich of flavor

Ingredients:
1 kg of veal 
100 gr. of cooked ham
250 gr. of chopped green beans
Carrot and celery in small pieces
4 eggs
1 glass of red wine
salt
pepper
Rosemary
Fresh sage leaves
30 gr. of grated cheese
2 teaspoons of parsley pate or chopped fresh parsley
Half an onion into small pieces
1 knob of butter
Olive oil
3 chopped potatoes
 
Directions:
Beat the eggs with grated cheese, salt and parsley.
Make the green beans omelette in a pan.
Fill the veal and roll it. Cook in a pan with veggies.
Then place in a baking dish, add potatoes and wine, water and oil. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 60 minutes.
