Almond cheesecake: the beautiful dessert full of flavor

For the base:
160 gr digestive biscuits
50 gr white almond flour
120 gr butter
For the cream:
180 gr spreadable cheese
180 gr cow's milk ricotta
160 gr sugar
3 eggs
100 gr white almond flour
20 gr starch
1/2 fillet with almond flavor
1 pinch of salt
To decorate:
almond flakes to taste
icing sugar q.s.
Directions:
Base: blend the biscuits, mix them with the almond flour and add the melted butter. Mash well on the bottom of a mold and bake at 320°F (160 °) for 8 minutes.
Cream: mix the cheese with the ricotta, then add the sugar. Add one egg at a time and then add the flour, starch, almond flavor and salt.
Pour the cream on the base, add the almonds and bake at 320°F (160 °) for 30 minutes.
