Ingredients:
500 gr of 00 flour
16 gr of dry beer yeast
10 gr of salt
water

Preparation:
Melt the yeast in warm water. Then mix with the flour and add the salt. Work the dough until it is uniform and leave to rise for 90 minutes. Then roll it out and cut strips. Fry in boiling oil.
