Eggplant cutlets: a fast and delicious dish

Ingredients:
2 large eggplants
Ham
Mozzarella
All-purpose flour
Breadcrumbs
3/4 eggs
Salted ricotta cheese
Tomato sauce
Grated cheese
Basil
Directions:
Cut the eggplants into double slices. Start to stuff them as you prefer, by alternating the ingredients listed above, remember that you can use what you prefer to stuff them. Close with a toothpick. Coat each cutlet in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Then deep fry in hot oil.
