Making watermelon cheesecake is really simple and requires a few steps. For the crumb base, you need 300g of plain cookies, 130g of butter and green gel food coloring, for the cream you will need 500g of cream cheese, 400ml of cream, 4 sheets of jelly, 90g of sugar and red gel food coloring. To make the seeds, grab dark chocolate drops.
