Brioche buns

INGREDIENTS
330g flour
330g flour
20g coca powder
10g dry yeast
salt
1 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp sugar
30g olive oil
200 ml water
70 g melted butter
1 egg
50g white chocolate
50g dark chocolate
METHOD
Combine dry yeasts, warm water and 1 tbsp sugar.
Combine dry yeasts, warm water and 1 tbsp sugar.
Add flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil and stir to form a stiff dough.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour.
Form 9 balls for heads and 18 little balls for ears.
Brush them with egg wash and bake at 350°F/180°C for 35 min.
Melt white and dark chocolates and draw face for bears.
