Watermelon macaron: beautiful, colored and tasty

Ingredients:
1 egg white
70g of granulated sugar
32g of almond powder
3g of green food dye powder
1 food pen (black)
 
To fill: butter cream or whipped cream
 
Directions:
Pour some hot water in a bowl and put on another bowl. Mix the egg white and sugar. Stir almond and food dye powder and mix in the batter. Put all in pastry bag and make the macaron using parchment paper. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 10 minutes and then fill the macaron. With the food pen draw the watermelon lines and serve.
