How to make coconut shrimp: a unique flavor

Ingredients:
Shrimp:
1 pound shrimp, cleaned and peeled
2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
2/3 cup water
½ cup flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil for frying
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup orange marmalade
4 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 pound shrimp, cleaned and peeled
2 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil for frying
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup orange marmalade
4 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Direction:
For the sauce you just mix the ingredients.
Shrimp: mix well and together the bread crumbs, water, flour, salt and baking powder. Put inside the shrimps and the put them in shredded coconut. Fry in hot oil.
