INGREDIENTS
Shortbread dough
500g ricotta
4 eggs
150-200g sugar
200g sour cream
200g raspberries
2 tablespoons cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Put the eggs and the sugar in a bowl and start to whisk. Also add the cream, ricotta and cornstarch and stir until smooth. Line a baking pan with the shortcrust pastry, then pour the cream. Put the raspberries scattered all over the surface, then put the cheesecake in preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) and cook for an hour.
