Chocolate crepes with yummy filling: an easy and tasty dessert

Preparing these tasty crepes at home is very easy and the result will satisfy the palate of everyone, grown-ups and kids! Here's how to make them.

INGREDIENTS
500g milk
150g flour
50g of bitter cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar
40g butter, softened (or extra virgin olive oil)
4 eggs
1 pinch salt
Whipped cream for the filling
To garnish:
Chocolate sauce
Ground pistachios
Flakes of dark chocolate
Hazelnuts

DIRECTIONS

First mix the sifted flour with the cocoa, sugar and milk and then add the beaten eggs and the melted butter, mixing well to avoid lumps, maybe helping yourself with the blender. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then follow the directions as shown in the video.
