Chicken wings with honey and garlic: easy, quick and tasty

Ingredients:
12 single chicken wings
A thumb size ginger
3 cloves garlic
¼ tsp salt & pepper
¼ cup rice wine
12 cloves garlic
1 or 2 Serrano or jalapeno
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs honey
 
Directions:
Grate the ginger on the chiocken wings, then add wine, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix and bake at 356°F (180°) for 15/20 minutes. make the sauce and put the chicken wings. Cook them for 5/10 minutes and serve.
