How to make pear juice

Ingredients:
1 kg pears
Juice of a lemon
300g sugar (even brown is fine)
1 l water
 
Directions:
Put on the fire and add the water a little sugar before it comes to a boiling point. Melt the sugar and add the sliced pears. When softened, turn off the heat and set aside for 5 minutes. Then blend and add the lemon juice. Transfer everything to a glass bottle. If you want to store it longer, pour the juice into sterilized glass jars and close them tightly with the steam.
