Cream-filled Bundt Cake: Simple, Soft and Yummy

Ingredients:
250ml double cream
3 eggs
160g Sugar
80ml Sunflower oil
200g Flour
50g Potato starch
Lemon peel
1 sachet baking powder
Whisk eggs and sugar, then add in order: double cream, sunflower oil, flour, potato starch, baking powder and lemon zest. Pour the batter in a bundt cake pan and bake at 350° F for about 40 minutes.
