A really nice and creative idea to form a dough in a few minutes. Watch the video to discover how to make delicious chocolate pistachio cookies.
INGREDIENTS
125g butter, softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
400g flour
1 teaspoon pistachio flour
Chocolate to be melted in a bain-marie for garnishing
DIRECTIONS
Combine butter and sugar, then add flour. Add in pistachio flour and knead until homogeneous. Make balls, then use the slotted spoon to form your cookies. Coat them in chocolate and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
