Coffee cooked on the sand: the ancient and special method

Turkish coffee, it is a way of cooking with sand. In fact, the coffee is boiled on large plates covered with hot sand. At the end of the video the drink is filtered and poured into a glass with ice in order to obtain a tasty ice coffee.
