Cut the dough in different ways and stuff it: a nice and tasty idea

Ingredients:
125g butter
300g flour
120ml oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
50g white yogurt
1 teaspoon vinegar or wine
3 teaspoons lemon juice
300g ricotta
Dill or arugula
Directions:

Directions:
Put butter and egg in a bowl, then gradually add the flour. Finally add all the other ingredients. Work the dough until homogeneous. Then cut and stuff as shown in the video. Bake at 190 °C to 200°C (400°F) for 35 minutes.
