Cut triangles in the dough and roll them up: how to make perfect croissants

Croissant recipe
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
puff pastry
2/3 chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
Caramel syrup
Directions:
Cut triangles of dough, as shown in the video. Add black or white chocolate chips and roll. As you roll the dough, make sure the last triangular tip is under the croissant: this will keep the croissant from opening; fold the edges to give a crescent shape and arrange in the pot, before adding the egg yolk with a brush. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
