Fill the pink dough and roll it: a colored and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
6 yolk
3 albumen
4 tablespoons of sugar
5 tablespoons of flour
Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
2 glasses of water
300 ml whipped cream
Beetroot juice or food coloring
Directions:
Mix the yolks and the albumens and then add sugar. Then add the others ingredients and spread the dough on the baking tray. Bake at 400°F(200°) for 15 minutes. Then fill the dough with whipped cream and roll it.
