Puff pastry cups: a simple and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
2 carrots
1/2 glass oil
Celery or leeks
300g chicken
1 tsp chili pepper
salt
pepper
1 tbsp tomato
Parsley
1 egg yolk
 
Directions:
Cut the carrots, the celery (or leeks) and cook in a pan with chicken, olive oil and spices. Then cut the puff pastry into squares and stuff. Close with toothpicks and brush the egg yolk. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. You can choose the filling you prefer, including salami and cheese.
