Crispy potato balls: a yummy and quick recipe

Ingredients:
2 rolls phyllo dough
300g ragu beef
Cheese (2 small portions for each meatball)
5 large potatoes
2 tablespoons butter

Cheese (2 small portions for each meatball)
5 large potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Prepare the ragu beef and heat the potatoes. Then mash them by adding salt and a tablespoon of butter. Make meatballs and stuff them with meat and cheese. Then cut the phyllo dough as shown in the video and create a "nest", then put the meatballs inside. Cover with melted butter and bake at 180°C for 25/30 minutes.
