Homemade twix

For the base: 
250g flour 
120g sugar 
Pinch of salt
60g butter
1 tsp vanilla
200ml fresh cream
150g toffee candies
75 ml whipping cream
200g chocolate drops

Preparation:
Mix sugar with salt, add butter. 
Add the vanilla and cream, combine with flour and butter mixture. Chill for 1 hour

Bake at 180 ºC/350 ºF for 30 min. Allow to cool completely to room temperature.

Combine whipping cream and toffee candies, microwave until smooth, pour over the already cold base and let cool. 

Microwave chocolate drops until melt.
Cut the bars and cover them with melted chocolate.
