A tasty variation for chocolate crepes

Ingredients:Crepes:
3 eggs
100g sugar
300ml milk
200g flour
50g butter
200ml whipping cream
200g milk chocolate to melt
Directions:
Whisk the eggs with the sugar. In another bowl, mix the flour and the milk to get a batter. Then add and mix until obtaining a liquid mixture without lumps. Let rest for half an hour, add the ground pistachios and cook the crepes.
Whip the cream and mix it with melted chocolate. Arrange the crepes on top of the other by making layers of chocolate cream and eventually cover everything with more melted chocolate.
