Make puff pastry circles and fill them: an original and yummy dessert

Ingredients:
Puff pastry
Bananas
Strawberries
Hazelnut cream
Whipped cream

Directions:
Using a food ring mold, shape circles in the puff pastry, then in each of them create another circle with a glass. Place the outline of the larger circle on the smaller one and create a sort of edge. Brush the yolk on the baskets, poke holes in the base using a fork and bake at 170°C for 20/25 minutes.
Whip the cream and cut the fruit. Once the baskets are cooked, slightly crush the middle part and fill them with hazelnut cream, the first layer of fruit, then the whipped cream and more fruit. Your dessert is ready.
