Stuffed Meatloaf: the recipe for a quick and easy dinner!

Ingredients:1 pound (750 g) ground beef;
1 cup breadcrumbs;
1 tsp garlic powder;
1 egg;
1 small onion, chopped;
salt and pepper;
1 cup ricotta;
Ω cup wilted spinach;
6 slices prosciutto;
5 slices mozzarella cheese;
3 eggs.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Grease rectangular baking dish.
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper together.
Spread seasoned mince over the bottom and sides of prepared baking dish.
Mix ricotta with spinach, season to taste.
Spread bacon and ricotta over seasoned mince, top with sliced mozzarella and crack 3 eggs.
Bake for 1 hour.
