Bread crumbs

Preparation:
She peels the eggplant in alternate way, don't remove all the peel. She cuts the eggplant in four parts and she doesn't remove the up part. She puts them in the eggs and bread crumbs. She fries the eggplants and she garnishes with cheese cream and chili pepper.
