Avocado Cheesecake: a great recipe for an easy and tasty dessert!

INGREDIENTS:CRUST
1 cup pecans
1 1/3 cup pitted dates
6 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
5 Tbsp cocoa powder
4 Tbsp coconut flakes
FILLING
6 avocados, peeled, pitted and halved
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup agave1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Garnish: lime wheels, mint leaves
METHOD:
Line a springform baking pan with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients for the crust to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is fine and well-coated.
Add crust to the lined baking pan. Press into the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate until the filling is ready.
In the clean bowl of a food processor, add all of the ingredients for the filing. Puree until smooth.
Add the filling to the top of the crust. Spread in an even layer.
Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove from mold, decorate with lime wheels and mint leaves, and serve.
