Sticky honey lime chicken for a quick and easy weeknight dinner

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
1 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp honey
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper

salt and pepper
Directions:
Sprinkle the chicken all over with salt and pepper. Place them in a nonstick pan skin side down over medium to medium high heat, and cook for 15 minutes. In the meantime, whisk together the sriracha, honey, lime zest, and lime juice. Once the chicken skin is golden brown, flip the chicken over and cook for another 10 minutes, until the chicken is almost cooked through. Pour the honey mixture into the pan and cook for another few minutes, basting the chicken until the liquid thickens into a glaze.
