Try Making Zucchini Parmigiana In A Pan With This Perfect Method

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
100g ham
200g buffalo mozzarella
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Bread crumbs
Salt and olive oil
 
Directions:
After cutting the zucchini, cook them in a pan with oil for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and once the zucchini are soft, you can create the parmigiana. On the bottom of the pan, put a little oil and breadcrumbs. Then form layers and cover with a lid. Cook for 20 minutes at very low heat.
