Ingredients:
2 sheets puff pastry;
1 bar chocolate;
egg wash;
chopped chocolate for decorations.

chopped chocolate for decorations.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
Break a bar of dark chocolate into 2 piece chunks.
Place chocolate on top of puff pastry leaving space in-between.
Fold the dough from the sides over chocolate to cover it (use a little bit of water to make both ends stick together).
Press your fingers between pieces of chocolate to separate each napolitan from each other. Slice the pastry to separate napolitans from each other.
Place each pastry on a parchment covered baking sheet seam side down. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle chocolate on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden, puffy and cooked through.
