Chicken breast in pork: a recipe with guaranteed success

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast
70g speck
200g ground beef
wild fennel
1 egg
1 onion
2 carrots
Grated cheese
1 glass of brandy
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
 
Directions:
Cut the chicken breast in order to make it thinner. Beat it and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with wild fennel, egg, salt and grated cheese. Stuff the chicken breast with the bacon and the ground beef mixture. Wrap and seal with string. In the pan, put olive oil and then the stuffed chicken. Cook with onions and carrots. Pour the brandy and after about 50 minutes over low heat your chicken is ready.
