Zucchini flan: few ingredients for a recipe that will drive everyone crazy

Ingredients:
400g zucchini
150g grated cheese
3 eggs
3 tablespoons heavy cream
Salt, olive oil and butter (to taste)
Directions:
Cut the zucchini and cook them in a pan with oil. Once cooked, place them in a bowl with eggs, cream and salt. Blend with a mixer. Grease the molds and pour the mixture. Put them in a pan and pour boiling water. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes. By doing so, they won't dry up and will have a softer consistency.
