INGREDIENTS
200g spaghetti
1kg clams
2 cloves garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Chopped parsley, salt and white pepper

DIRECTIONS
Soak the clams in water for about 1 hour, then drain them, and wash them vigorously at least a couple of times to remove the sand. In a pan, put olive oil, garlic, chopped parsley; after a couple of minutes add the clams, and leave them in the pan for a few minutes to open them. Now shell a part of the clams; remove the garlic from the pan and add the shelled clams. Cook the pasta, drain it al dente and finish cooking it in the pan with the seafood, adding the parsley and a little cooking water.
