Delicious, fluffy sponge cake: you've never prepared it this way

Ingredients:
Sponge cake:

Syrup:
600ml water
330g sugar
1 slice lemon
For milk cream:
1 liter of milk
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons butter

Prepare the sponge cake and pour the mixture into a rectangular pan. While the cake is cooking, prepare the syrup: boil the water for 15 minutes, with sugar and a slice of lemon. The syrup gives a unique flavor and make it softer. Allow to cool and pour on top of your sponge cake. Prepare the milk cream: melt sugar and butter, then add the flour and milk gradually. Mix and add the vanilla, continue stirring until you get a thick mixture ith no lumps. Allow it to cool. Once cooled, pour over your dessert, add hazelnuts and cinnamon to taste and serve.
