Sponge cake recipe

Ingredients:
6 eggs
180g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
175ml milk
80ml vegetable oil
100g sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons salt
For meringue:
60g sugar
1 or 2 teaspoons cream of tartar

Directions:
Separate egg yolks from white. In a mixing bowl, add sugar, baking powder, salt, and sifted flour. Mix well. Add egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. Beat egg whites, then add sugar and cream of tartar. Mix meringue into the batter and pour in a pan. Prepare another pan with water. Place the cake pan on the rack. Bake at 108°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
