Yogurt icebox cake: a simple dessert that everyone will love

Ingredients:
170g butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
700ml yogurt
6 tablespoons milk
10-12 gelatin leaves
270ml cream
270g cookies
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with brown sugar and melted butter. Mix and compact at the bottom of a cake pan. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
Cream: soften the gelatine in cold water, then dissolve in the milk. In a bowl whip the cream, then add yogurt and milk with melted gelatine. Pour the mixture on the base and refrigerate for 3 hours.
