Spaghetti with mussels: a quick recipe

Ingredients:
spaghetti
mussels
clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
ground pepper
parsley
 
The first step is to cook the mussels separately in a pan with parsley, a clove of garlic, two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a little ground pepper: cook until the mussels have opened; then filter the water from the pan with a strainer. Now it's time to add the pasta, as well as more oil and parsley. Mix well.
